Product description
High-quality, one-component, neutral, acetic acid-free LUMINES Lighting silicone in a transparent colour, designed for bonding and sealing aluminium profiles and linear LED lighting systems. Thanks to its neutral curing system, it does not release acetic acid, making it safe for aluminium, LED components, wires and surfaces protected with polyurethane resin.
The silicone is recommended, among others, for sealing end caps in LUMINES systems and for protecting the ends of LED profiles filled with polyurethane resin after they have been cut to the required length.
After curing, the silicone remains flexible throughout its service life. It is resistant to moisture, UV radiation, changing weather conditions and temperatures from -40°C to +120°C. It does not crumble or crack and creates a durable, transparent seal that can be used both indoors and outdoors.
It adheres very well to most surfaces, in particular to aluminium and other metals, wood, glass, tiles, ceramics, plaster, concrete and gypsum plasterboards.
