3Y LED strips are a series of strips with an extended warranty period. The warranty is 5 years for tapes with IP20 protection level and 3 years for IP65HS tapes. Additionally, the tapes are characterized by lower voltage drops thanks to the 3oz copper backing. Equipped with Blue Tape mounting tape.

Cold white color

The light of the cold white tape introduces a glow similar to blue. The cold color stimulates the body to work and is a good solution in places where concentration is required. It can be used in doctor's offices, supermarkets or as illuminated advertisements.

IP20 LED strip

The IP20 parameter for LED strips determines the most popular degree of tightness available on the market. IP20 LED strips are intended for use wherever there is no risk of excessive moisture or exposure to water. An LED strip with this tightness class allows exposure to dry dust and dust thanks to the protective layer covered with the LEDs mounted on the strip.

24V LED strips — lower voltage drops

The choice of 24V LED strips is a solution increasingly chosen by professionals. Thanks to the use of higher voltage, the designed LED lighting system allows for the installation of longer sections of LED strip without the risk of voltage drops at the ends of the strip sections. Due to lower power consumption, 24V LED strips also allow the use of smaller cables, which can be helpful when designing installations. This allows you to hide the wires more easily. 24V LED strips are becoming more and more popular on the market. 

See colors in their natural shades

The CRI parameter determines the way in which light reflects the colors of the illuminated object, allowing them to be perceived in the most natural way, similar to the way they appear when exposed to daylight. We measure the CRI parameter in the range between 0 and 100, assuming that the higher its value, the closer we are to the daylight effect. The use of LED strips with a CRI parameter above 80 allows for a more natural and pleasant color reproduction on illuminated objects.

900 LED 2835 SMD strip

Diode 2835 - it is an energy-saving diode of small size. It is a more powerful alternative to the 3528 diode. The density of the LED strips indicates the number of diodes per meter of the LED strip. The number of diodes has a key impact on the presence of beads in LED strips, i.e. visible light points. The higher the density (the more diodes there are per meter of tape), the more uniform the light is, creating the so-called line of light. The number of diodes also affects the cutting section of LED strips. The more diodes, the more often we can cut the tape. LED strips with a density of 180 LED/m allow for obtaining uniform light. By choosing the right lampshade and profile, you can achieve the effect of a line of light.

Requires installation of a power supply.

Each LED strip needs a properly selected power supply to operate. When choosing a power supply, you should take into account the voltage (for 24V tapes, a power supply with an output voltage of 24V), the power of the tape and the place where the power supply will ultimately be located. The power of the power supply depends on the power of the tape, taking into account its length. The power of the LED strip given for one meter should be multiplied by its length. It is recommended to add 10% of the power supply reserve. Depending on the installation location, furniture power supplies, hermetic power supplies, and slim power supplies are available.
