Product description

The 3Y LED strip series is a line of products intended for professionals. 3Y LED strips are signed with the LED Labs Lighting brand and covered by an extended warranty period. LED strips with an IP 20 rating are subject to a five-year warranty period. Thanks to the use of a PCB primer with 3oz copper, it was possible to significantly increase their service life. The 3Y series also has noticeably lower voltage drops compared to standard LED strips. The 3Y series LED strips are finished with a professional Blue Tape mounting tape, allowing immediate application in a cleaned LED profile.

RGB LED strip

The RGB LED strip is a multicolor strip with the ability to choose any color from the RGB palette. The tape will work well as a decorative element in apartments, restaurants and clubs. A driver is required to change colors.

IP65HS LED strip

IP65 Heat Shrink is a solution that involves using a heat shrink band around the entire LED strip. Unlike the silicone coating that protects classic IP65 LED strips, this allows for maintaining high lighting parameters with very high resistance to moisture and splashes.

300 LED 5050 SMD strip

The 5050 diode is a diode with a larger size than the frequently encountered 3528 and 2835 diodes. LG strips The density of LED strips indicates the number of diodes per meter of LED strip. The number of diodes has a key impact on the presence of beads in LED strips, i.e. visible light points. The higher the density (the more diodes there are per meter of tape), the more uniform the light is, creating the so-called line of light. The number of diodes also affects the cutting section of LED strips. The more diodes, the more often we can cut the tape. LED strips with a density of 60 LEDs per meter are tapes in which it is possible to obtain uniform light. By selecting the appropriate profile and lampshade, you can achieve the effect of a line of light.

Requires installation of a power supply

LED strips are powered by low, safe voltage. You need a power supply to connect them. The choice of power supply depends on the parameters of the LED strip. 12V tapes need a power supply with an output voltage of 12V (24V). Another important aspect is appropriate power. The power of the power supply must be adapted to the power and length of the tape being installed. If the length of the LED strip is 5 m, the power of the LED strip should be multiplied by 5. It is worth adding 10% of the power reserve. Our offer includes furniture, hermetic and slim power supplies: their choice depends on the installation location.

RGB LED strips require an LED driver to function properly. Thanks to it, it is possible to select color parameters from the RGB color palette. The controller is mounted behind the power supply, so it is important to select the appropriate voltage.

Why is it worth choosing the professional version of the LED strip?

Professional LED strips are a proven and thoroughly tested product in our photometric laboratory. Many years of experience in the lighting industry have allowed us to refine important details regarding high-quality LED strips and their long life.

Professional tapes, different from Standard tapes, have a higher luminous flux, thanks to which, despite using the same LED strip power, the light emitted by a professional tape can be up to half as much as that of a Standard tape.

An additional advantage of using professional tape is that the life of the tape is more than twice as long.

Another advantageous feature of professional tapes is their repeatability. The selection of diodes is at a much higher level, thanks to which we can obtain a uniform color along the entire length of the tape (+- 10%).
