Product description

The 3Y series of LED strips are strips with an extended warranty period. For tapes with protection class IP65 and IP65HS, the warranty period is 3 years, for IP20 tapes, it is a 5-year warranty! Additionally, 3Y series tapes are characterized by lower voltage drops thanks to the PCB backing used with 3oz copper. The tapes have double-sided Blue Tape mounting tape.

Neutral white color

A neutral white LED strip allows for more light. This is the color that is closest to daylight. Even a long stay in a room lit with a neutral light source is not tiring for the eyes. Thanks to this, the tape can be used universally and will work well in virtually any room.

IP20 LED strip

IP20 LED strips are strips that do not have a silicone cover. They are covered with a thin layer of varnish that protects against water vapor. However, this is not sufficient protection against moisture. The lack of a cover results in better heat dissipation, which translates into a longer life of the LED strip.

See colors in their natural shades

CRI informs about how the colors of the illuminated object are reproduced. The higher the value, the more natural the items look. Naturally, as if they were illuminated by daylight. The use of a strip with a CRI parameter above 90 allows you to reflect the actual color of objects in the room where the LED strip is used.

300 LED 2835 SMD strip

Diode 2835 - it is an energy-saving diode of small size. It is a more powerful alternative to the 3528 diode. Density is one of the parameters characterizing the LED strip. It indicates how many diodes are placed on a meter of tape. The more diodes there are on the LED strip, the more uniform the light emitted. This, in turn, allows for eliminating the phenomenon of beads, i.e. points of light. In addition to the density, the presence of beads is influenced by the height of the profile in which the strip and the lampshade are placed. Strips with a density of 60 LEDs per meter allow for a line of light. To avoid visible light points, it is recommended to use an LED profile with an appropriate lampshade.

Requires installation of a power supply.

The LED strip requires the installation of a power supply. When choosing a power supply, you should take into account the output voltage (it must be the same as the voltage of the LED strip), installation location and power. The power of the power supply depends on the power and length of the LED strip section. The power of the tape should be multiplied by its length. We recommend adding 10% to the calculated power of the power supply.
