Product description

LED strips are the most popular LED light sources when looking for solutions to illuminate home spaces. Thanks to simple installation, they make it possible to arrange multi-colour LED lighting systems even in hard-to-reach places, such as milled openings in furniture or chases cut in walls and ceilings. Installing them together with LED profiles allows you to achieve the market-desired effect of lines of light. When choosing LED strips, remember to design the entire lighting system by selecting a suitable power supply as well as LED profiles with covers.

COB LED strip

A characteristic feature of the strip is the use of COB (Chip on Board) LEDs, which make it possible to obtain a uniform line of light even in the lowest LED profiles. This technology provides a wide light distribution angle and a continuous, aesthetically pleasing luminance effect, so COB strips are ideal for projects requiring uniform illumination and high visual comfort.

Neutral white colour

Light in a neutral white colour is closest to natural daylight. It is a universal lighting option, suitable for any room. It can be used in places where we spend longer periods and our eyes are exposed to greater strain (offices, home studies, living areas).

See colours in their natural shades

The CRI parameter defines how light renders the colours of an illuminated object, allowing them to be perceived in the most natural way, close to how they appear under daylight. We measure CRI on a scale from 0 to 100, assuming that the higher its value, the closer the effect is to daylight. Using LED strips with a CRI above 80 provides more natural and pleasant colour rendering on illuminated objects.

IP20 LED strip

LED strips with an IP20 protection rating are covered with a thin protective layer that shields them from small contaminants. However, they have no additional protection and therefore are not recommended for applications requiring increased moisture resistance.

Required power supply

Every LED strip needs a properly matched power supply to operate. When choosing a power supply, you should consider the voltage (for 12 V strips, choose a 12 V power supply), the strip’s power, and the place where the power supply will be located. The required power depends on the strip’s power, taking into account its length. The power of the LED strip given per metre should be multiplied by its length. It is recommended to add a 10% power reserve to the power supply. Depending on the installation location, there are furniture, waterproof (hermetic), and slim power supplies available.
