The 3Y Basic LED strips feature a 3-year warranty. LED strips of this series are embedded on a 2oz copper PCB substrate. The LED strip is equipped with a double-sided Blue Tape mounting strip.
The light of the cold white strip gives a glow in a tinge close to blue. The cold color stimulates the body to work and is a good solution in places where concentration is required. It can be used in doctors' surgeries, markets or as advertising backlights.
The IP20 parameter for the LED strips defines the most common degree of waterproofing found on the market. The IP20 strips are the LED strips designed for use where there is no risk of excessive moisture or exposure to water. The LED band specified with such a degree of protection allows exposure to dry dust and dirt, thanks to the protective layer with which the LEDs mounted on the band are covered.
When choosing a LED strip, it is worth paying attention to the CRI parameter, the value of which determines how close the light colour is to natural daylight. This affects the way our eyes perceive illuminated objects. The value of the RA parameter is measured between 0 and 100, where the maximum result reproduces the effect of daylight. This is the most desirable value. The LED strips with a parameter above CRI>80 allow natural colour reproduction on the illuminated objects.
The LED strips require the installation of the power supply. When choosing the power supply, please take into account the output voltage (it must be the same as the LED strip voltage), the mounting location and the power. The power supply depends on the wattage and the length of the LED strip section. The wattage of the strip should be multiplied by its length. We recommend adding a 10% reserve to the calculated power supply output.
