Product description

3Y LED strips are strips with a PCB backing containing 3oz copper, which reduces voltage drops. The tapes are covered by an extended warranty (5 years for IP20 tapes and 3 years for IP65HS tapes). Each tape in this series is equipped with Blue Tape mounting tape.

Warm white color

The color of warm white LED strips is a very popular choice among end users looking for solutions for installing lighting in residential spaces. Thanks to the soft, warm light, this color of the LED strip is ideal for illuminating rooms for everyday rest and relaxation. Objects and surroundings illuminated with an LED strip of such a selected color make a cozy and warm impression.

24V voltage - lower voltage drops

The 24V LED strip guarantees lower voltage drops compared to the 12V LED strip. This is especially important when serially installing longer sections of tape. While we recommend connecting 12V LED strips (with single-sided power supply) into maximum 5-meter sections, 24V strips allow you to create up to twice as long LED strip sections.

See colors in their natural shades

The color rendering index CRI is a parameter that provides information about how the colors of illuminated objects are perceived. The parameter value ranges from 0 to 100, where the higher the value, the better the real colors of objects are reproduced. A value of 100 means that colors are perceived as if they were illuminated by daylight. Thanks to the high CRI value (80 Ra), food looks more appetizing and items on store shelves have real colors.

300 LED 5630 SMD strip

The 5630 diode is a larger diode than the frequently encountered 3528 and 2835 diodes. The increased size allows for greater light emission. The density of LED strips indicates the number of diodes per meter of LED strip. The number of diodes has a key impact on the presence of beads in LED strips, i.e. visible light points. The higher the density (the more diodes there are per meter of tape), the more uniform the light is, creating the so-called line of light. The number of diodes also affects the cutting section of LED strips. The more diodes, the more often we can cut the tape. LED strips with a density of 60 LEDs/m are tapes that allow for uniform light. It is possible to obtain the effect of a line of light by selecting the appropriate profile and lampshade.

IP20 LED strip

IP20 LED strips are strips that do not have a silicone cover. They are covered with a thin layer of varnish that protects against water vapor. However, this is not sufficient protection against moisture. The lack of a cover results in better heat dissipation, which translates into a longer life of the LED strip.

Requires installation of a power supply

Each LED strip needs a properly selected power supply to operate. When choosing a power supply, you should take into account the voltage (for 24V tapes, a power supply with an output voltage of 24V), the power of the tape and the place where the power supply will ultimately be located. The power of the power supply depends on the power of the tape, taking into account its length. The power of the LED strip given for one meter should be multiplied by its length. It is recommended to add 10% of the power supply reserve. Depending on the installation location, furniture power supplies, hermetic power supplies, and slim power supplies are available.

Why is it worth choosing the professional version of the LED strip?

Professional tapes are different from Standard tapes, they have a higher luminous flux, so despite using the same LED strip power, the light emitted by a professional tape can be up to half larger than tape by Standard.

An additional advantage of using professional tape is that the life of the tape is more than twice as long.

Another advantageous feature of professional tapes is their repeatability. When deciding to install a professional LED strip, we are almost 100% sure that each roll of the strip will have the same color and luminous flux.
